A commission is the reward that an ambassador earns from your campaign. Unless you have enabled the option to automatically approve commissions, all commissions will come in as pending and need to be manually approved or denied.
How do I approve or deny a commission?
Follow these steps to approve or deny the commissions your ambassadors have earned.
Step 1: In the navigation menu on the left, click "Commissions."
Step 2: On this page, under the "Pending" tab, you’ll be able to see a list of all pending commissions with information such as the date, ambassador and referred customer.
Step 3: To approve commissions one by one, check the box to the left of the commission date. Once the box has been checked, buttons will appear at the top right to “Approve” or “Deny.”
You can check multiple boxes to apply a bulk action to approve or deny several commissions at once. Tip: If you want to approve all commissions on a single page, check the box at the top of the page next to the "Date" column.
Once you’ve applied an action for your pending commissions, they will be archived and move from the “Pending” to “History” tab.
Please note, approving a commission does not mean it is paid out to an ambassador. Upon approval, commissions are ready to be paid out and move to the “Payouts” section of the navigation menu under the “Owed” tab.
