How do I add a test ambassador?

Overview


When testing a campaign that is in test mode, the ambassador whose referral link you are using will also need to be in test mode. 
 

How do I add an ambassador in test mode?


Follow the steps below to create yourself or a fellow employee as an ambassador in test mode. 

Step 1: To get started, click “Contacts” under the “Manage” tab. 

 


 
Step 2: Click the “Add Contact” button in the top right corner. A form will pop-up to add your new contact and their information. 
 


 
Step 3: Fill in all relevant fields and select “Enroll this contact as an ambassador.” Upon selecting, you will then have the option to send them the “New Ambassador” welcome email with their referral link and login credentials or send nothing. Please note, if you do not select enroll this contact, they will be saved as a prospect. 

Step 4: Before clicking “Add Contact,” click the “Advanced Fields” drop-down and ensure that you click the box “Create in test mode.”

 


Step 5: When complete, click “Add Contact” to save.
