What is the Ambassador portal?

Overview


The portal provides a location for ambassadors to log in once they are enrolled in your program to easily access their unique share link, refer their network, view commission and payout information and more. 

For those on Professional and Enterprise plans, the portal registration page also provides an additional way to enroll ambassadors while collecting more information. The portal can be customized to include your branding such as company colors and logos. Please note, the ability to customize the portal is only available for Professional and Enterprise plans. Under the Professional plan, you will have access to a co-branded portal. To remove Ambassador branding and utilize a custom domain, you must have an Enterprise level plan.

Can I limit what ambassadors see in the portal view?

 

Yes, if you wish to limit commission information, pending payouts and other stats accessible to your ambassadors, you can manage what is visible. For more information on editing these settings, check out our support article: How do I edit what is visible in the portal?
