How do I edit what is visible in the portal?

Overview


The Ambassador Portal display options allow you to edit what information is visible to your ambassadors once they are logged into your portal. 

The more information you allow your ambassadors to view, the more likely they are to be engaged with the program. We recommend only disabling features that you are certain you do not want your ambassadors to view. 

To limit what information ambassadors can see, follow these steps. 

Step 1: Go to the “Build” tab and select “Portal.” 

 


 
Step 2: Click “Display Options” at the top of the page. You’ll end up here.

 


 
Step 3: Preferences are broken up into a few main sections. 
 
  • Customize Portal Boxes: Includes the payout information you can show ambassadors such pending commissions that are awaiting approval and payout. 
 
  • Stats Display Options: The stats section allows your ambassadors to see clicks, revenue, conversions and commissions they’ve generated. 
 
  • General Display Options: Here you can give your ambassadors access to payouts, assets and the ability to logout. 


By default, nearly all of the boxes within each of these sections are selected to display the data. Under each section, you can unclick the box to hide that information. Please note, these global display options will only be used if none have been set on the campaign level.

 

 

Step 4: When complete, click “Save” in the top right corner.
