Vouchers allow you to provide coupon codes to ambassadors that can be used within your shopping cart.
How do I set up Vouchers?
Follow these steps to add voucher codes to your account. Please note, the Vouchers functionality is only available for those on Enterprise accounts. The feature will need to be turned on before you start the configuration, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to do so.
Step 1: Start by going to the “Build” section and click the “Payments” tab. You’ll end up here.
Step 3: Check the box next to “Enable vouchers” and click “Save Changes.”
Step 4: On this page, you can import a list of vouchers via a CSV file by clicking the “Import Vouchers” button in the top right corner.
Step 5: After clicking the button, a popup will appear with a sample file and instructions for importing. When you’re ready to import your CSV, you’ll first click “Browse” to find the file, then after selecting your file click “Upload File” to import the voucher codes. Please note, you need to specify which campaign the vouchers will be issued for by including the campaign ID, which can be found here.
After uploading, you can return to this page to view how many vouchers have been redeemed and how many remain.
