How do I export my contacts?

Overview 
 

The “Contacts” section features a comprehensive list of all of your ambassadors, prospects, unsubscribed and banned contacts along with details such as contact information, when they were added, who they were referred by, the group they belong to, etc. 

 

How do I export contacts?


If you prefer to export your contacts to view this information, you can easily email a CSV file of the data. To get started, follow these steps:

Step 1: In the navigation menu on the left, click "Contacts." 

 

 
Step 2: Next, click the “Export” button in the top-right corner. This will export all data on the page. 

 

 
If you would like to narrow down the information, you can use the "Filters" drop-down menu or select particular rows only. For example, using the "Segments" filter, you could filter all ambassadors tied to a particular segment. 
 


 
Step 3: A drop-down menu will appear where you can select who to send the export to. You can select a single team member or multiple. Please note, only team members with a login to your account will appear in the drop-down menu. 

 


Once the file has finished processing, it will be emailed to the team member(s) selected. Please note, you must be logged into your Ambassador account to download the file.
